Parish Priest: Fr Luke Irvine-Capel SSC

Father Luke was Instituted and Collated as the Vicar of St Gabriel’s Pimlico on 10th September 2008.
He was ordained deacon in 1999, after training at the College of the
Resurrection, Mirfield, and Priest in 2000. He served as Assistant
Curate in the Parishes of Abertillery and then as a Minor Canon
of St Woolos Cathedral, Newport. During this time he also served as a chaplain to HM
Prison Cardiff. In 2003 he was appointed Rector of Cranford, Middlesex,
and ran the two churches there. Fr Luke is a priest of the
Society of the Holy Cross (SSC) and a Priest Associate of the Holy
House of Our Lady of Walsingham.
He is married to Ruth, and they have three children.
